Responsibilities:
Perform general secretarial duties, including:
Coordinating and organizing logistics for internal and external meetings, seminars, and overseas trips
Word processing
Filing
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Processing expense reimbursements
Carrying out administrative tasks
Completing any other assignments from supervisors
Requirements:
Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination.
Proactive approach to forward planning and problem-solving. Well-organized team player with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
Typing speed of 50 w.p.m. or above.
Good knowledge of software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Minimum of five years’ secretarial experience; experience in a financial institution or a multicultural environment would be an advantage.
