Job Description
Our client, a leading Event & Exhibition Corporation is looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up the above captioned position.
Responsibilities :
· Conduct regular outbound calls to promote HKTDC’s exhibitions, online marketplace and other products
· Handle enquiries from customers
· Conduct calling exercises and render after-sales services
· Collect and convey customers’ feedback to internal teams
· Manage and update customer database
· Provide account management and consultancy services to customers
· Conduct and monitor the fulfilment of service offerings to customers, provide troubleshooting assistance and ensure customer satisfaction
· Follow up with customers to ensure advertising items are delivered timely and of good quality
· Provide administrative and clerical support
· Assist in report preparation and data analysis for management review
· Undertake onsite duties during trade and public fairs
· Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements :
0-1 years working experience in Exhibition event, Marketing Communication, E-Commerce industry is advantage
Fresh University will also be consider
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
Proficiency in PC software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese work processing)
