Job Duties
- Assist in planning, coordination and execution of fair-related projects and special events
- Provide onsite support for fair operations
- Coordinate closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet tight schedule
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Assist in report preparation and data analysis for management review
- Undertake onsite duties during trade show and public fairs
- Overtime may require during trade show and public fairs
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with a minimum of 1-year office work experience, 2-years in event/exhibition organizing and operations is highly preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Good command of English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
- Pro-active, self-initiated, good team-player and very attentive to details
- Good customer service, coordination and interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of people
- Willing to work long hours to meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work occasionally during weekends/public holidays
