Job Duties

  • Assist in planning, coordination and execution of fair-related projects and special events
  • Provide onsite support for fair operations
  • Coordinate closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet tight schedule
  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Assist in report preparation and data analysis for management review
  • Undertake onsite duties during trade show and public fairs
  • Overtime may require during trade show and public fairs
  • Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with a minimum of 1-year office work experience, 2-years in event/exhibition organizing and operations is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
  • Pro-active, self-initiated, good team-player and very attentive to details
  • Good customer service, coordination and interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of people
  • Willing to work long hours to meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to work occasionally during weekends/public holidays
