Looking for Good Motivative Marketing Communication Specialist
Key Responsibility
Ongoing alignment between 3rd-party like collaboration partners, vendors and agencies (creative and media) and internal stakeholders to manage campaign deliverables, work including but not limited to :
Prepare briefs to agency
Review marketing materials
Coordinate with 3rd party, agency and site operators on campaign execution
Handle events and tradeshows
Third party joint promotion coordination
Support on planning, development and implementation of customer journey as required by the Marketing function
Submit campaign brief and Handle pre and post campaign evaluation/promotion reappraisal support
Manage Social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) with agencies
Facebook calendar and content review and Collaborate with Call center to coordinate responses
Coordinate Facebook shoot (video / static) and Facebook Performance review meeting
Simple in-house creative adaptation work (mainly for app and collaterals) and simple ad hoc IG reels creation
Premiums sourcing and production management, including end to end process handling and tracking
Requirement
3-5 years’ experience in marketing industry
Fluent in English and Cantonese
Strong coordination and communication skills
Exemplary written and verbal communications in English and Chinese
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and changes in priorities
Familiar of loyalty program operations preferred
