Job Description
Job Duties :
- Provide marketing support to marketing team on daily operation, marketing research and all marketing promotion activities in different markets.
- Coordinate and liaise with agencies, including creative and media agencies, to ensure marketing campaigns development well fulfil business need and answer communication objective.
- Perform market research to analyze market landscape and user profile. Work with agency and manager to translate into workable insights.
- Contribute creative ideas and develop engaging online campaigns that attain user acquisition, conversion and retention with high impact and performances.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing and promotion programs.
- Support new product developments including system submission and artwork development.
- Support any ad hoc project assigned and monitor the progress.
Requirements:
- 1 year relevant working experience or Fresh Graduate with some relevant internship experience are welcome
- Study at Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline
- Experience in supporting Marketing team in FMCG industry is advantage
- Strong analytical skill, detail-oriented and well-organized, able to meet deadline and multitasking
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin a plus
- Good at MS Office in particular MS Excel (V lookup or Pivot table), PowerPoint and Chinese typing
- Mature, initiative-taking, good team player
- Good coordination skills, proactive to follow-through in daily responsibilities
