Job Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share
- Conduct through market research to identify trends, consumer needs and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with corss-functional teams to design, launch and optimize product offerings
- Oversee budgetting, forecastina dn finanacial performance analysis to ensure profitability
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure success and drive continus improvement
- Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
- A mimium 6 years of marketing experience within a sizable industry, preferably in FMCG sector
- Proven ability to demonstate exceptional marketing skills and potential for development in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Strong analytical and financial skills, coupled with creativity and adaptability
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
