Job Description
Our client, the world’s largest refiner and marketer of petroleum products, and the chemical company ranks among the world’s largest.
Duties :
To understand trade regulations
Actualize voyages and initiate freight payment/billing by online.
To liaise with Customs/Excise officers and other 3rd party
Verifying billing invoices from vendor and reconcile differences in System
Perform data analysis eg. Transportation Spend and recommend optimization opportunities
Handling and verifying supplier’s / vendor’s documents in compliance with Company’s policies and regulations
Follow up with supplying source on credit/debit.
Assist in generation of dead stock/slow moving and redeployment plan.
Prepare variety of reports to managers on projects and logistics operations
Problem solving, Customer Service, and communicate government body.
Manage other ad hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistic, Science, Chemistry, Business Management or equivalent
Strong academic background is highly preferred.
Fresh graduate welcome
Good commend of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office. eg. Excel : Pivot table, VlookUp etc.
Sensitive to figures, good communication skills, responsible and proactive.
Knowledge in SAP an advantage.
