Our client, a leading Investment Bank is looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up the captioned position.
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for recruitment including creating job postings for both internal and external jobs and coordinate recruitment team for arranging interviews
Communicating candidates by email
Handle onborading, offboarding and visa application for employees
Co-ordinating with University Company visits and Company branding activities
Handle invoice and T&E sumissions and maintain the relevant records
Assist in ad hoc projects if necessary
Job Requirements :
University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disclipines
2-3 years relevant experience in banking industry or MNC
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
Proficient in Words, Excel and Powerpoint
Attention to details, flexible and team player
Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Immediately available will be an advantage
