Our client, is a world-leading internet and technology company headquarter in Shenzhen, a listed company in Hong Kong, and they are looking for a suitable candidate in their HR team. We sincerely invite you to apply for the following positions:

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a supportive role to perform HR related functions, including but not limited to employment life cycle management, benefits administration etc.

Maintain an accurate up-to-date employee personal files system, HR records, and other documentation

Monitor daily HR operations to ensure they are aligned with the local Employment Ordinance and regulatory requirements

Assist in special projects, for example employee handbook, HR policies etc.

Other routine HR duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of Human Resources relevant experience is preferred

Demonstrate independent thinking, can-do attitude, high work efficiency by adapting the pace of the internet and technology company

Possess strong language skills (Cantonese, English and Mandarin) and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Fresh graduate is also welcome
