Business Development Officer / Manager (Digital Payment Solutions Team)

Our client, a world-leading internet and technology company headquartered in Shenzhen and listed in Hong Kong, is inviting suitable candidates to join their Digital Payment Platform/Social Payment team for the following positions:

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategic partnerships with merchants, acquirers, and payment facilitators to drive business growth.

– Design, implement, and analyze merchant-focused campaigns to enhance engagement and transaction volume.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

– Provide industry solutions and support the business team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.

– Analyze market trends and application scenarios in financial technology to formulate competitive industry solutions.

– Follow up on project implementation to ensure customer value is realized.

Qualifications:

– Business Development Manager requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, while the Business Development Officer welcomes candidates with 2 years of experience or recent graduates with strong potential.

– Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant acquiring and processing.

– Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong organizational abilities.

– Proficient in Office software, with strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

– Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field; a graduate degree is a plus.

– Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
