Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day administrative duties and secretarial support to Head of Division, including filing of documents, scheduling meetings and duty visits
Coordinate with internal departments and teams on administrative tasks
Support the logistics arrangements for hosting meetings and conferences in Hong Kong
Perform ad hoc duties and provide other administrative support as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
At least 5 years of secretarial experience
Experience in carrying out administrative and secretarial duties
Good communication skills and strong people skills, can work under pressure
Well-versed in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
