Looking for Good Motivative Account Manager
Key responsibilities:
· Promote ESSO commercial vehicles ‘Fuels Card’ to corporate clients (B2B)
· Maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
· Manage the partnership with customer to strive for sustainable growth
· Plan, negotiation and execute new deals
· Work with the sales team to develop good market understanding for writing proposals and managing contract process
· Work includes identifying market opportunities and prospecting new clients
· Establish effective collaboration across functions to provide solutions for operational issues
· Additional responsibilities include involvement in strategy work to drive business growth, becoming a subject matter expert in selected industries and be able to transfer knowledge to other team members
· Negotiate with supplier for competitive offer, prepare contract, promotion execution, analysis promotion result and follow up payment.
· Handle the queries, problem accounts and research.
· Miscellaneous duties as assigned including but not limited to back up to administrative assistant and sales representatives.
Required skills and knowledge:
· A passion for sales and a customer oriented mindset with interest to explore market opportunities
· An university degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Customer Services, Engineering, or any related disciplines
· Excellent communication skills including facilitation of meetings and business case articulation
· B2B & commercial fleet related experience is a plus
· About 2 years of sales experience is a plus
· Knowledge in fuels, constructions, or logistical operations is a plus
· Good sense of responsibility, and attentive to details
· Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English is required
