Job Description

Our client, a leading Event & Exhibition Corporation is looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up the above captioned position.

Responsibilities : 

  • Assist to execute the exhibition and Events’ support to the different projects
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of promotional materials
  • To handle enquiries from event participants and undertake on-site duties
  • To perform marketing administrative support which include prepare marketing presentation, reports, schedule arrangement and filing system.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties, respond and resolve all partner inquiries, issues and concerns as required

Requirements :

  • 0-1 years working experience in Exhibition event, Marketing Communication, E-Commerce industry is advantage
  • Fresh University will also be consider
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
