Job Description
Our Client, MNC of logistics industry, is now looking for a Full Time CS Contract staff for handling key account customer.
Responsibilities:
- Work in Key Account Support Team in Customer Service, provide quality and premium services to our key customers
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide solutions
- Handling administrative task through systems and different channels
- Perform proactive shipment tracing, work with Operation Departments to meet customer requests
- Prepare shipment reports for customers
- Other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
- At least 1 year’ customer service experience, preferably in service industry, call centre experience is an advantage
- Customer-oriented with good communication, interpersonal and telephone skills
- Logical thinking and good problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Basic PC skills
