Our client, an investment bank is looking for a suitable candidate. We sincerely invite you to apply for the following positions:
Main Responsibilities:
Manage corporate services, including corporate memberships, procurement of corporate goods and subscriptions.
Oversee office supplies and maintain stock control.
Coordinate staff relocations and accommodations, including managing agreements and invoices.
Verify invoices and process payment requests efficiently.
Assist in compiling data and preparing reports.
Assist Internal company event / meeting logistic support.
Assist and back up the Workplace team as necessary.
Profile Requirements:
Minimum of a Higher Diploma in a relevant field.
At least three years of experience in an administrative role within the financial industry.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized with the ability to work independently while adapting to changing demands and priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service.
A cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, business lines, and support functions.
Resourceful and flexible, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
