Job Description
Our client, a prominent financial corporation, is currently seeking a high-caliber individual to join and support their HR department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) including but not limited to course management, enrollment administration, and data maintenance
Provide operational support on training enquiries, room setups, and logistical arrangement
Assist in nomination administration organised by external training institutions
Maintain up-to-date training information on the Corporate Portal
Perform other HR-related projects or ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
University degree in human resources management or related fields
At least 2 years of relevant experience in human resources field
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good interpersonal and communication skills; detail-minded
Highly conversant with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Hands-on experience in managing webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams) preferable
