Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • To provide operational, administrative and secretarial support to the division 
  • To liaise with internal and external counterparties on the organization of events, scheduling of meetings and related arrangements 
  • To provide administrative support to the preparation of reports, presentations and papers 
  • To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirements 

  • University degree 
  • At least two years of relevant working experience 
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing 
  • Good command of written and spoken English 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
